UNIOZON Packaged Series ozone systems are plug and play units with ozone generation, monitoring and control all together mounted on a  stainless steel base frame.

The unit consists of a stainless steel ozone mixing tank of suitable capacity, ozone generated is mixed with water on a continuous basis to maintain desired concentration of ozone at all times. The concentration required to be maintained can be selected by the user.

Water to be treated is taken into the ozone tank automatically, when level of water goes down. Once the water in the tank reaches the desired concentration, water can be pumped via discharge pump provided with the unit automatically or manually, depending on the option selected by the user.

During ozone mixing, some undissolved ozone escapes the tank, which is then routed through a vent ozone destructor, which destructs/eliminates ozone before releasing the air.

Further the unit comes equipped with an ambient ozone monitor as well, which monitors the permissible levels of ozone around the unit, to ensure safe working condition for the user
